I always love reviewing my pictures from the year and forcing myself to pick my favorite one. I love this picture of my son Sam and me walking through London in November.
This picture reminds me of an experience over 35 years ago -- pre-cellphones. I went to the airport to pick up a friend of my dad's. On the way, I realized that I had no idea what his friend looked like and didn't know what I would do.
As I walked into the airport, a man approached me and said, “you must be Barry’s son!" Startled, I asked him how he knew. He explained that I walked precisely how my dad did when he was my age!! So now I realize that "the walk" is being passed from generation to generation!!
LOVE THIS PICTURE OF YOU AND SAM. SO GREAT TO BE TOGETHER IN LONDON.
