AmiSight 11/1: Don’t Use Your EIDL Loan to Buy a Pokémon Card
Last week, the FEDS charged a Georgia business owner for using $58,000 of his EIDL proceeds to purchase a Pokémon Card. The maximum sentence is 20 years in prison and up to $250,000 of fines.
While the headline of this post might be funny, the message I am delivering is serious. People will go to jail for not using their loan proceeds appropriately. So read the fine print, and pay attention!!!
