AmiSight 11/2: It’s That Time of Year Again; Yet This Year is Different

This is the time of year when my team and I get together and make decisions about the handful of things we want to focus on and accomplish in the year ahead. This focus has always worked for us, and I attribute it to our success.

This year, I am adding an additional element to the thought process. In addition to deciding where we will focus, I am forcing myself to pick a few things that I spend time on now that I will stop doing.

Saying NO is hard, and I suspect there will be some uncomfortable conversations ahead. And at the same time, these choices will be liberating.
