I recently sat with an old friend and shared our business model at MultiFunding. I explained how we focus entirely on treating customers precisely how we would want to be treated as entrepreneurs. My friend replied that he thought I had a "noble" business model.
I don't think about our business model as "noble" at all. It is common sense. We have a wholly aligned team with shared values and a common purpose. We run a profitable company and never worry about angry customers or reputational risk. This business model doesn't feel "noble" to me – it seems like it's just common sense.
