Many business owners purely focus on a topline growth goal for their company. This philosophy follows the Inc 5000 Myth. It would be best if you had a profit goal as well. Why would we do all this work – just to hit a topline number?
While revenue and profit are essential goals, you should also add a cash goal to your list. Often business owners think if they cash, they have profit. Don't be confused.
