I have a confession. Every few weeks, I download a different game onto my iPhone, and I play it to help me go to sleep and wind my brain down.
A few weeks ago, I downloaded Tetris. Do you remember that game – when the different colored blocks come down faster and faster, and you have to try to build and clear lines?
The game has reminded me of an important lesson in business. Success is all about staying calm. The minute you lose your cool, everything starts to go awry.
