This weekend, as Jews worldwide gather around their Passover Seder tables, it will be different. Passover is the celebration of freedom. Who would have imagined that in the 21st century, we would be in the middle of a refugee crisis in Europe, with millions of families displaced and a fight raging on in Ukraine with no end in sight?
I also don’t remember a time when Passover, Easter and Ramadam coincided on the calendar. I wish all of those who celebrate a happy and meaningful holiday.
