I spent the last two days working with Vistage Groups in the Harrisburg area. Again, a common theme was apparent as we talked about limiting growth – business partners with different risk tolerances.
Business partners should be different. This is healthy. And sometimes, the tension between the differences in partners can result in excellent outcomes. Or, as we all know, sometimes partners who are fundamentally different end up splitting apart.
