I had a conversation with a prospective client this week who asked me if it's a bad time to go out and get a new line of credit because of all the chaos in the banking industry. My answer was no. 99.9% of banks are open for business, and remember, banks have to lend money to make money, and we continue to source, find, and close good loans.
