AmiSight 6/19: Respect Isn’t Earned by a Title

"Make it a habit to respect people without knowing their qualifications, title, or position."

Respect should never be reserved for those with impressive titles or accomplishments. Every person deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and consideration, regardless of their role or status.

When we choose to respect others before knowing what they do, we show character, build stronger relationships, and create a more positive environment for everyone around us.

Respect isn't earned by a title, it's demonstrated through how we treat people.
