In today’s 21 Hats article, I reflect on the evolution of MultiFunding and the need for innovation despite its past success in SBA lending. After 14.5 years of focusing on SBA loans, I recognize the need to diversify beyond core business to mitigate risks and adapt to changing conditions, which can be daunting. But taking risks is important, as is being flexible and being open to continual learning.
