Do you remember times as a kid when you would wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating pains in your legs? They would come at the most unexpected times. And all you could do is work your way through them.
I have learned that companies go through unexpected growing pains as well. Despite all the best planning in the world, sometimes you must push through the pain when going through an unexpected growth curve. And just like the pains when you were a kid, you must breathe through them – stay calm and work your way through them. We're going through growing pains at our company now.
