AmiSight 9/13: Friday the 13th: The Ashes of Problem Clients

I thought Friday the 13th would be an appropriate day to share this picture of an urn I found at one of our partner's offices a couple of weeks ago.

While it's funny, it has an important message. Problem clients can put you and your company into gridlock. If you smell a problem client, fire them quickly or never let them in the door in the first place. I can assure you that you won't regret it.
