AmiSight 9/23: We All Have Short Memories

About a year ago, a hurricane flew through our neighborhood in the suburbs of Philadelphia, causing damage and devastation all around us. By some miracle, the most extensive damage to our home was that the jacuzzi cover blew off.

I ignored all the warnings on my cell phone that day and never went to the basement. Soon after, I swore I would never do that again and even committed to reading the safety instructions on every plane I board.

This one year anniversary is a reminder for all of us about learning from life's experiences in business too.
