Sometimes I have a call with an entrepreneur and it becomes obvious very quickly that they're fluffing their numbers. Remember that investors and lenders are different. Sometimes, you can pull the wool over the eyes of an investor. But with a lender, numbers are facts and it's going to come out pretty quickly. So don't BS in the beginning and save everybody a lot of time.
