As we enter a new year and start setting resolutions, I highly recommend making time for the people who lift you up. Let that be one of your goals.


Once the holidays end, we quickly fall back into the constant rush or deadlines, responsibilities, and just getting through the days. This year, I suggest that you try planning weekends with friends who truly recharge you.


I’ve found that after spending quality time with the people I love, I feel happier, calmer, and more at peace. Friendship has a way of grounding you, reminding you who you are, and helping you reset.
