I often receive requests for referrals for EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementers, and I find it confusing why so many entrepreneurs assume they need EOS.
Let me be clear: I’m a big proponent of coaching and having an operating system. I’ve worked with various coaches over the years, and I continue to do so. However, when I search for a coach, it never starts with the SYSTEM—it begins with the person, their background, and their perspective.
If you’re considering a coach, talk to a few from different methodologies to get a range of viewpoints. If, in the end, you choose EOS, I’m all for it. But I encourage you to do your homework first.

I also agree that entrepreneurs should do their research and that a Business Operating System, a Peer Group, and a 1:1 Coach are essential for entrepreneurs to reeach their full potential.
