AmiSight 12/5: Slow Down: Your Peace Is Calling

Most of us live at a pace our bodies were never designed for... phones buzzing, deadlines looming, and calendars packed to the edge. We assume stress is normal, but your nervous system disagrees. It’s begging for something different.


As we head into the weekend, I challenge you to find time for yourself and with those that make you feel at ease. Get outside and fill your lungs with fresh air and go for a walk. You might need some extra layers if you're seeing morning frost, but nothing is better that starting your day with movement.


Think walking is boring? Ask a friend to grab coffee in town and walk around.


This weekend, I want you to listen to your body and find peace. After a long week of work, nothing is better than recharging your batteries. Use this time to slow down, ground yourself, and relax.
