AmiSight 2/15: Should I Buy the Building?

Recently, an entrepreneur who is tired of renting and is thinking about buying a building called to discuss his options. He wanted help figuring out if he’s qualified to get a loan and how much he could spend. It turns out he can afford a nice, big building, but buying one might not make the most sense for him. As always, the devil is in the details.
