“We definitely have a shortage of housing. We're not pre-COVID, and our shortage of housing and the demographic of the different generations moving into homeownership, there's not going to be enough houses for them. I do think that interest rates should be lower than they are right now, but I don't think we're going to see interest rates lower this year.”
