When was the last time you got aggravated with a problem you were dealing with? It might have felt like the wheels were coming off of the bus.
Well – think about this encounter I had last week. I got into my Uber in Cincinnati and asked the driver where he was from. He and his wife managed to escape Afghanistan a year ago. While he is homesick, he feels fortunate to be in America and to be able to drive Uber.
Sadly, his parents or siblings did not get out of the time. They spend their days now struggling to find basics like bread and water.
About a year ago, a friend reminded me that First World and Third World Problems exist. Fortunately, all of my problems are First World Problems. And when I think I am having a bad day, I will remind myself of this
