I know that for many businesses, there is tension now in sorting out the come back to the office, work from home dilemma. This is an unfound territory and creating a lot of tension.
I am not sure what the right answer is (it's going to be different for many of us) but I do know that humans crave interaction. So irrespective of what your end policy will be, take the time now to offer chances for your team members to get together and have some fun. As people get comfortable being together again, they might crave coming back to the office.
