In my travels over the past week, somebody (I can't remember who) told me about a great forum retreat exercise. What happens in this exercise is that all forum members take the time to write what they would like to be said in their eulogy one day, and then share it with the group.
This idea was shared with me right around the time of my Dad's 79th birthday, and was our third one without him here. The ceremonial Facebook pictures were shared, and one women (who I don't know) made a comment somewhere that I wanted to share. What a legacy :)
