We keep hearing that AI is going to make us dramatically more productive and give us back time. This Wall Street Journal article offers an interesting twist.
Some startup founders are finding the opposite. Their AI agents can work around the clock, which means there is always more to review, more to launch and another idea to chase. Instead of slowing down, the humans are trying to keep up with the machines—and some are sacrificing sleep, health and personal time along the way.
I am incredibly excited about what AI can do for entrepreneurs. But this feels like an important warning. Just because technology allows us to move faster doesn't mean we always should.
The real opportunity with AI shouldn't just be getting more done. Maybe it should also be figuring out what we no longer need to do.
