I have recently mentored an entrepreneur whose business has skyrocketed since she opened her doors 18 months ago. Yet, she is struggling to keep up and working around the clock. And at the same time, she is petrified about missing the next opportunity around the corner. Her brain is scattered.
It’s hard to convince her of this, but she needs to slow down. She never had the chance to build the foundation of her business. Fundamental basics are not in place because she never had the time to create them. And if she doesn’t take the time to build them NOW, her house risks coming crumbling down.
