AmiSight 10/28: Reimagining the AmiSights Podcast

It’s hard for me to imagine that we have done 88 AmiSight Podcasts. However, the show is one of the topics we are exploring in our 2023 planning.
I am concerned that the show has lost some of its focus – and to fix it, I am thinking about quarterly themes. The first theme I want to focus on is entrepreneurs and risk: interviewing entrepreneurs to dig into how they feel about risk and how their attitudes have changed over time.
What do you think about risk? Every day you choose to invest in your business, you take different risks. Is this a topic you are interested in? I welcome your comments and thoughts.
Your past topics have covered different risk tolerances, with some insight as to what deep rooted beliefs created them. Great topic, but deeply personal. May be worth a look into a process to help others over the go/no go hurdle. Where does the "I" need to step out of the way of a larger decision and be content?
Risk management is a wonderful topic to address as is managing the dip. So many entrepreneurs deal with the ebbs and flows of up and down market conditions- constantly scaling up then making adjustments in down markets. It’s part of running a business. I‘m always interested in hearing from others as to when they pull the trigger on scaling back when faced with market headwinds.
