There’s one tradition at MultiFunding that we never skip—our annual holiday team dinner. It’s our chance to gather in person and celebrate not just what we accomplished, but the people who helped us get there.
With some of our team members joining us from out of state, this tradition has become more than a dinner. It’s a moment to connect face-to-face, reflect on the past year, and strengthen the relationships that fuel our work. We review our wins, challenges, and what’s ahead—and then we switch gears to something a little more fun.
Every year, we choose a new activity to bring out the laughs, teamwork, and occasionally, a surprising competitive streak. One year we put our problem-solving skills to the test in an escape room. Another year, we unleashed our inner artists at Painting with a Twist. Each experience gives us memories that I will cherish forever.
This year? We’re taking things up a notch with axe throwing.
Now, axe throwing isn’t required for a successful business strategy—but making time for your people is. These shared moments remind us that we’re a team!
I am so thankful for my team and am looking forward to another year of growing... ideally with all axes staying on target!
