Over the Thanksgiving weekend, my family and I went to London to celebrate a cousin's Bar-Mitzvah. My daughter has always dreamed about going to Paris and seeing the Eiffel Tower. So we decided to add two nights in Paris to the trip at the last minute. We were there for 42 hours and walked about 18 miles trying to soak in as much as possible.
When we returned to the hotel on the last night, every muscle in our bodies hurt. And Charlotte said that we had not seen the Eiffel Tower lit up. So, although I didn't think I could move, we rallied and took a cab so she could see the Eiffel Tower at night. This experience, and her smile and excitement, were the highlight of our trip.
Never leave a stone unturned 😊
